Cannamedical Britannia supplies a comprehensive range of EU-GMP certified, pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis products sourced from over 30 cultivators and manufacturers across Europe. All products are tested to European pharmacopoeia standards and are available for prescription by registered specialist clinicians across the UK.

Dried Flower (Flos)
Pharmaceutical-grade dried cannabis flower for vaporisation — the most bioavailable route of administration for rapid-onset relief. Our flower portfolio covers a wide spectrum of cannabinoid profiles to suit individual clinical needs:
- High-THC Varieties (18–27% THC, <1% CBD) — for chronic pain, neuropathy, spasticity, and insomnia. Indica-dominant and hybrid cultivars selected for consistent terpene profiles.
- Balanced THC:CBD Varieties (8–14% THC, 6–12% CBD) — for anxiety, PTSD, and daytime use where psychoactive effects must be minimised.
- High-CBD Varieties (<0.3% THC, 12–20% CBD) — for patients requiring anti-inflammatory or anxiolytic effects without intoxication.
All flower is irradiated to pharmaceutical sterility standards and packaged in tamper-evident, child-resistant containers with full batch traceability.
Cannabis Oils
Sublingual oils offer precise dosing and a longer duration of action compared to inhaled products, making them well-suited to chronic conditions requiring stable plasma levels throughout the day.
- Full-Spectrum Oils — retain the complete phytocannabinoid and terpene profile for maximum entourage effect.
- Broad-Spectrum Oils — THC removed to <0.05%, suitable for patients in safety-critical occupations.
- CBD Isolate Oils — pure CBD in carrier oil, used predominantly in paediatric epilepsy protocols.
Capsules & Softgels
Oral capsules provide the most predictable pharmacokinetics for patients who prefer a conventional medication format. Our encapsulated products include standardised full-spectrum and isolate formulations with clearly defined THC and CBD content per capsule. Onset is slower (60–180 minutes) but duration extends to eight hours or more — ideal for overnight pain and sleep maintenance.
Vaporisers & Cartridges
Medical-grade vaporiser cartridges using CO2-extracted cannabis oil are available for use with compatible medical vaporiser devices. These offer the convenience of portable dosing with the rapid onset of inhalation and eliminate combustion-related risks associated with smoking.
