Cannamedical Britannia is establishing a pharmaceutical-grade supply chain for the dispensing of medical cannabis in the United Kingdom. We partner with licensed dispensing pharmacies to ensure that patients who hold a valid specialist prescription can access EU-GMP verified products through a compliant, traceable, and reliable distribution network.
Supply Chain Standards
All Cannamedical Britannia products are subject to:
- Full EU-GMP certification across the cultivation, processing and manufacturing chain
- MHRA import authorisation compliance (Schedule 2, Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001)
- Cold-chain validated logistics from EU manufacturing facility to UK dispensing point
- Batch-level documentation with Certificates of Analysis (COA) for every product
- Secure controlled drug storage and handling protocols
Dispensing Pharmacy Requirements
To become a Cannamedical Britannia dispensing partner, your pharmacy must hold the appropriate Schedule 2 controlled drug licence and be registered with the GPhC (General Pharmaceutical Council). We support pharmacies through the supply agreement process and provide full product documentation to satisfy controlled drug record-keeping requirements.
Order and Logistics
We are currently finalising our UK logistics infrastructure. Minimum order quantities, delivery schedules and pricing will be confirmed as part of our supply agreement framework. Cold-chain delivery is standard for all temperature-sensitive products.
