The Cannamedical Britannia Formulary is a comprehensive reference document for registered specialist clinicians. It details our complete product portfolio, cannabinoid and terpene specifications, cultivator origins, and indicative pricing for UK private prescription supply.

Product Categories
Category A — High-THC Flower
Dried cannabis flos with THC content between 18% and 27%. Indicated for chronic pain, neuropathic pain, spasticity, and treatment-resistant insomnia. Supplied in 5g, 10g, and 30g containers with full batch certificates of analysis (CoA).
Category B — Balanced Flower
Dried cannabis flos with THC:CBD ratios between 1:1 and 2:1. Indicated for anxiety, PTSD, and conditions where moderate psychoactivity is acceptable. Available in the same packaging formats as Category A.
Category C — CBD-Dominant Flower
High-CBD, low-THC flos (<1% THC) for patients requiring anti-inflammatory, anxiolytic, or antispasmodic effects without significant psychoactivity. Particularly appropriate for daytime prescribing.
Category D — Oils & Tinctures
Full-spectrum, broad-spectrum, and isolate oils in 10ml and 30ml dropper bottles. THC concentrations range from 0.05% (THC-free broad-spectrum) to 25mg/ml (high-strength full-spectrum). Detailed dosing guides are included in the formulary appendix.
Category E — Capsules & Oral
Standardised capsules and softgels for patients preferring conventional oral dosage forms. Available in 2.5mg THC, 5mg THC, and 10mg THC variants alongside CBD-only formulations.
Category F — Vaporiser Cartridges
Medical-grade CO2-extracted oil cartridges compatible with prescribed medical vaporiser devices. THC concentrations of 60–75% with standardised dose-per-puff data.
Cultivator Origins & Certifications
All products in the formulary are sourced from EU-GMP (Annex 1) certified facilities. Cultivator profiles — including facility location, certification body, audit dates, and quality management system details — are included in the full formulary document.
Countries of origin include Germany, Portugal, the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, and Colombia, each subject to UK import requirements and MHRA notification procedures.
THC & CBD Specifications
Every product entry in the formulary includes:
- Declared THC and CBD content (% w/w for flower; mg/ml or mg/unit for other formats)
- Acceptable variance ranges per EU-GMP batch release specifications
- Third-party laboratory CoA requirements
- Terpene profile (major terpenes by percentage where applicable)
- Shelf life and storage conditions
